At Gannon (Baseball Career): Was a two-year starter for the Gannon baseball team, playing in 77 games with 69 starts … produced 54 hits, 45 runs, 31 RBIs, 32 walks, 14 doubles, seven home runs and 10 stolen bases in two years … added pitching to his collegiate resume during his final campaign, generating a 0.63 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 14 1/3 innings … was unscored upon during his first eight appearances, allowing only one hit in 10 1/3 innings during that time span.

At Bowling Green: Was a two-sport athlete, competing with the football and baseball teams … played in six games at quarterback as a freshman, completing 12-of-26 passes for 153 yards … came off the bench at Toledo to throw for 96 yards and a touchdown … was a perfect 3-of-3 for 29 yards during his collegiate debut against VMI … helped Bowling Green win the Mid-American Conference (MAC) East football title and secure a victory against South Alabama in the Camellia Bowl … played in 70 baseball games during a two-year span, starting 47 … started as a true freshman at third base … saw time at third base, shortstop and catcher … split time between the baseball and football programs during spring football practices.
