Expected to compete in butterfly and freestyle events for the third consecutive season … enters the 2013-14 campaign as Gannon’s record holder in the 200-yard IM (1:55.47) and the 100-yard butterfly (50.12) … owns part of the school record in the 400-yard medley relay (3:25.84) … is also a member of the Gannon water polo team.

2012-13: Earned All-PSAC honors in the 100-yard butterfly, finishing third at the PSAC Championships with a school record and NCAA “B” cut time of 50.12 seconds … added a second All-PSAC accolade as part of the 400-yard medley relay team that placed second with another school record and NCAA “B” cut time of three minutes and 25.84 seconds … swam the anchor leg for the record-breaking 400-yard medley relay team … participated individually in the 50-yard freestyle, the 100-yard freestyle, the 200-yard IM, the 400-yard IM, the 100-yard butterfly, the 200-yard butterfly, the 100-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard breaststroke … began the season with a gold medal in the 50-yard freestyle against Lake Erie, posting a PSAC-qualifying time of 22.05 seconds … recorded 21 conference-qualifying times in six different events … met PSAC standards every time he swam the 50-yard freestyle (five times), the 200-yard IM (three times), the 400-yard IM (twice), the 100-yard butterfly (five times) and the 200-yard butterfly (once) … produced eight top-three finishes … finished second in the 100-yard freestyle (49.56) and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:03.59) against Fredonia State … was part of relay teams in the 200-yard medley, the 400-yard medley, the 200-yard freestyle, the 400-yard freestyle and the 800-yard freestyle … helped his 200-yard medley relay (1:38.93) and 200-yard freestyle relay (1:27.60) teams capture gold medals against Allegheny, swimming the anchor leg during the 200-yard freestyle event … added another relay victory in the 400-yard freestyle (3:13.48) against Indiana (Pa.) … recorded top-three finishes during 11 of 16 relay events, including three of four 200-yard freestyle races and two of three 400-yard medley relays.

2011-12: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … participated in butterfly, backstroke, freestyle and IM events … earned All-PSAC honors in the 400-yard freestyle relay, helping his team finish third at the conference championships with an NCAA “B” cut time of three minutes and 6.52 seconds … added a second NCAA “B” cut time of 1:55.47 in the 200-yard IM at the PSAC Championships, breaking the school record in the process … qualified for the conference championships in the 100-yard butterfly, the 100-yard freestyle and the 200-yard IM … produced PSAC-qualifying times during all six 100-yard butterfly events he swam in … met conference-qualifying standards during the prelims and finals of the 100-yard freestyle at the Mid-Season Invitational … recorded nine top-three finishes and 13 top-five finishes … helped break the Westminster (Pa.) Relay Meet record in the 3X100 butterfly relay with a time of two minutes and 37.98 seconds … was part of relay teams that finished in the top three 12 times … posted top-three finishes during four of five races in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

High School: Swam for Jeff Chandler at Cypress Creek (Texas) High School … was a four-time All-American, landing a spot on the first team as a senior and fourth team as a junior … named to the all-america fifth team as a sophomore … earned all-america honorable-mention accolades as a freshman … was a two-time all-state selection … named Region MVP as a senior and junior … served as a team captain.
