Expected to compete at either 133 or 141 in 2014-15 … bumped down to 133 last season after competing at 141 as a sophomore … wrestled previously at 133 as a redshirt freshman … enters the 2014-15 campaign 10th all-time at Gannon with 24 career pins … ranked fifth in the NCAA Division II preseason 141-pound regional rankings.

2013-14: Went 16-9 overall and 8-4 in dual action at 133 … led the team in pins (7) … finished third among Golden Knights in victories and dual wins … opened the season with a runner-up finish at the Mount Union Invitational … won his opening three matches, including a pin of Washington & Jefferson’s Johnathan Swann in one minute and two seconds during the first bout … was victorious during two of three match-ups at the Mid-Atlantic Duals, producing a 16-0 technical fall against Belmont Abbey’s Mark Almeida and pinning Tiffin’s Nick Holliday in one minute and 53 seconds … extended his dual win streak to five with wins against Millersville’s Tommy Nulty (F, 2:44), East Stroudsburg’s Joey Kratochvil (3-1) and Kutztown’s Brandon Davis (12-10) … ended the regular season with back-to-back dual victories, posting an 11-3 major decision against West Liberty’s Bryce Gainer and pinning Lake Erie’s Keanu Thompson in four minutes and 43 seconds … won four of six matches at the NCAA Division II Super Regional One … opened the championship event with a pin of Gainer in four minutes and 23 seconds … ripped off three straight wins in the wrestlebacks, including the last two by pin.

2012-13: Competed at 141 for the first time in his collegiate career … tied for the team lead with seven pins … finished second on the team in overall victories (14) and fifth in dual wins (5) … ended the year 14-13 overall and 5-5 in dual competition … opened the season with an individual championship at the Mercyhurst Open with a perfect 4-0 record … pinned Nick Block of Lake Erie (2:02) and Sean Fee of NCAA Division I West Virginia (1:51) during his run to the title … went 3-2 during the Ohio Northern Invitational … won seven of his first eight matches … completed his dual season with three consecutive victories against Mercyhurst’s Nick Hannan (3-0), East Stroudsburg’s Devin Holmes (F, 3:18) and West Liberty’s Johnny McComas (11-4) … finished sixth at the NCAA Division II Super Regional One … recorded two victories by pin at the regional, ending his matches against Anderson’s Eric DeAngelis (4:49) and Seton Hill’s A.J. Fisher (5:31) before the final horn.

2011-12: Wrestled at 133 … led Gannon in overall victories (22) and pins (9) … produced the 17th-highest single-season pin total in school history … ranked third among Golden Knights in dual wins (9) and major decisions (3) … opened the campaign by finishing fourth at the University of Buffalo Open with a 3-2 record, beginning the event with consecutive wins against NCAA Division I wrestlers in Binghamton’s Robert Neal (13-3) and Buffalo’s Justin Farmer (4-3) … added a third win against an NCAA Division I wrestler with a 12-5 victory against Buffalo’s Dan Gormley during the wrestlebacks … captured a bronze medal at the Mercyhurst Open, winning four of five matches … won his first two battles against Washington & Jefferson’s Charles Baugher (12-1) and Mercyhurst’s Levi Smeltzer (6-2) … earned an 11-5 verdict against Seton Hill’s James Henderson during the third-place match … pinned East Stroudsburg’s Zak Jones in 3:37 at the PSAC Championships … rattled off six consecutive dual victories January 15-26, capping the run with a 7-5 overtime win against Mercyhurst’s Kody Young … ended the regular season with a pin of West Liberty’s Dillon Nolte in 4:58 and a 5-3 victory against Seton Hill’s Stephen Smith … placed fifth at the NCAA Division II Super Regional One with a 3-2 record … pinned Nolte in 2:56 during the fifth-place match.

2010-11: Redshirted … posted a 12-9 record while competing unattached … finished fifth on the team in pins (3) … took fourth place at the University of Buffalo Open with a 4-2 record … recorded back-to-back pins against wrestlers from Findlay and Cleveland State at the Ashland Open … finished with three wins at the Cleveland State Open, including a 9-1 major decision.

High School: Wrestled for head coach Jaison Blystone at Blairville (Pa.) High School … was a four-time district and three-time regional medalist … qualified for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association State Tournament twice … was the Pennsylvania Greco and Freestyle State Champion … finished fourth at the Greco Nationals … amassed 120 victories during his high school career … served as a team captain for three years … was a member of the National Honor Society … won the distinguished honors award four times.
