IRVINE, CA - The Association of College Water Polo Coaches is proud to announce the rosters for the 2026 Women's Water Polo All-America teams. This honor recognizes standout student-athletes for their exceptional performance throughout the season.

Gannon freshman Maria Martinez (Barcelona, Spain/Jesuïtes Gràcia Col·legi Kostka) has been selected to the Honorable Mention list for the Division II All-American team. 

Martinez broke onto the scene with one of the most outstanding freshman campaigns in recent memory, scoring 71 goals and 23 assists for 94 total points to lead the Golden Knights. She led the WWPA in goals following the regular season and had multiple six goal game performances during the year. 

Earlier this season, Martinez was named to both the WWPA All-Conference Second Team & All-Freshman Team and her performance in the WWPA tournament earned her a spot on the all-tournament second team.
