Gannon freshman attacker Isabella Veltre (Ontario, N.Y./Wayne Central) has been named the PSAC West Women's Lacrosse Athlete of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday.

During the week, Veltre recorded back-to-back seven-point performances against Tusculum and Lincoln Memorial, helping power the Golden Knights offensively. She totaled 21 shots with 16 on goal, posting a .524 shooting percentage, while also adding two man-up goals. Veltre also added three goals against Ashland during the week.

For the season, the freshman from Ontario, New York leads the Golden Knights with 18 goals, six assists and 24 total points, pacing Gannon's offense through the early portion of the 2026 campaign.

The honor marks the first PSAC weekly award of Veltre's career and the first for the Golden Knights this season.
