ERIE, PA - Gannon women's golf is ranked seventh in the latest edition of the 2025-26 East Regional rankings, as listed by the NCAA on Friday.

The Golden Knights raced by the competition in the Vulcan Fire Classic, winning the team championship in Washington, PA on Tuesday. The 30 stroke margin of victory was Gannon's highest margin of victory over a second place team all season long.
On the individual side,
Cloe Mateo (Sabadell, Spain/Montcau la Mola) picked up her first individual victory of the season with a score of 13-over par. In the end, she was the winner by three strokes. Multiple other Gannon golfers finished near the top of the leaderboard on a damp but albeit warmer final round.
Gannon will travel to the Findianapolis Intercollegiate on March 30th and 31st in Laconia, IND.
