WASHINGTON, PA– The Golden Knights did not hold back on Tuesday, widening what was a 14 shot lead heading into the second round into a rout, racing by the competition to the Vulcan Fire Classic team championship in Washington, PA on Tuesday. The 30 stroke margin of victory was Gannon's highest margin of victory over a second place team all season long.

On the individual side, Cloe Mateo (Sabadell, Spain/Montcau la Mola) picked up her first individual victory of the season with a score of 13-over par. In the end, she was the winner by three strokes. Multiple other Gannon golfers finished near the top of the leaderboard on a damp but albeit warmer final round.
