- Multiple Dubs - After a loss in the opening match, sophomore Bella Phillips (Bellingham, Wash./Squalicum High School) earned two consecutive victories against West Liberty and Sacred Heart. At 180 pounds, Phillips would earn a tech fall victory in her second match at 3:39 before a 7-2 decision win in the nightcap, a ranked victory. Her bout against Madeline Hodges pitted the eighth ranked (Phillips) and the 12th ranked (Hodges).
