ERIE, PA - More than two dozen student-athletes were among those who received special Founder's Day Awards as part of Gannon University's Commencement. The ceremony took place at Erie Insurance Arena on Saturday, May 10th.
"Our student-athletes continue to excel in their pursuit of academic excellence," said Director of Athletics
Lisa Goddard McGuirk. "The overall grade point average of 3.41 this fall, combined with the number of student-athletes that received institutional recognition for outstanding scholarship, leadership, and commitment to upholding the mission of Gannon University is a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence."
