Women’s Lacrosse to compete in North Carolina for Spring Break Trip

The Gannon women's lacrosse team is preparing for their spring break tour in North Carolina. The trip will start on Thursday, March 6, with a matchup against Catawba at 3:00 PM in Salisbury. The team will conclude the tour on Saturday, March 8, with a game against Belmont Abbey at noon in Belmont, North Carolina.

Coach Pawloski's squad is seeking its first win of the 2025 campaign. Caroline Stevens (Syracuse, N.Y./Liverpool) is currently the team's top scorer with 10 goals and 3 assists, contributing 13 points over two games. She, along with Ella Todd (Maple Ridge, British Columbia/Maple Ridge Secondary) (5 goals, 4 assists) and Charlie Hunter (Boston, N.Y./Hamburg) (5 goals), has been active in Gannon's offensive efforts.

Catawba
Under head coach Caitlyn Corace, Catawba's women's lacrosse team has showcased strong offensive performances through its first four games. Abby Shuren leads the team in scoring with eight goals, while Skylar Mullin, Kylie Harris, and Grace Virginia Deal have each tallied eight total points. Mullin has contributed a balanced attack with four goals and four assists, while Harris and Deal have both registered seven goals and one assist.

Belmont Abbey
Led by head coach Molly Kopp, Belmont Abbey College's women's lacrosse team has opened the season with a 2-3 record. The offensive firepower has been driven by Olivia Carlino (16 goals), Katelyn Miller (11 goals), and Triniti Cassidy (10 goals), fueling dominant wins over Mount Olive (16-9) and Catawba (22-6).
 
 
Up Next
 The Golden Knights will return to action for their home opener and senior day on Saturday, March 15, against Daemen. The game is scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM inside McConnell Family Stadium, with senior day celebrations taking place before the opening draw.
