ERIE, Pa. — The Gannon women's lacrosse team dropped a PSAC matchup to Indiana (Pa.), 15-3, Wednesday afternoon inside McConnell Family Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Indiana (Pa.) took control early, scoring five first-quarter goals to build a 5-1 lead after 15 minutes of play.

Charlie Hunter (Boston, N.Y./Hamburg) accounted for Gannon's lone goal in the opening frame off an assist from Lexi Cwiklinski (Upper St. Clair, Pa./Upper Saint Clair).

The Crimson Hawks continued to extend their advantage in the second quarter, adding five more goals to take a 10-2 lead into halftime. Isabella Veltre (Ontario, N.Y./Wayne Central) found the back of the net for Gannon during the period.
