Volleyball Fends Off Seton Hill In Back-And-Forth PSAC West Clash

The Gannon volleyball team battled through one of its closest home matches of the season before ultimately earning another PSAC West sweep, defeating Seton Hill 3–0 Saturday afternoon inside the Highmark Events Center.

After a back-and-forth couple of points to open the first set, Gannon pulled away from the Griffins' attack and never looked back, but each frame remained highly contested.

The match featured 12 tie scores and four lead changes, showcasing long rallies and clutch play on both sides as the Golden Knights held off multiple late Seton Hill pushes.

Behind a balanced offense that hit .267 for the match, Gannon improved to 16–4 overall and 7–0 in PSAC West play, while the Griffins dropped to 9–9 and 1–5.

The Golden Knights also extended their home unbeaten streak to 7–0 and their overall winning streak to 11 straight.
