Gannon ranked No. 4 nationally in National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association Preseason poll

Coach Brandy Duren's team narrowly missed advancing to the NCATA semifinals last season, won two event national titles

The Gannon acrobatics & tumbling team is ranked No. 4 in the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association Preseason Coaches' Poll.
 
Coach Brandy Duren's Golden Knights received 496 points in balloting by coaches as Gannon trailed only Baylor (623 and 36 first-place votes), Oregon (564, 3), and Quinnipiac (556, 3).

Under Duren's guidance last year, Gannon posted a 6-3 record and advanced to the NCATA National quarterfinals, where it lost a close showdown with Quinnipiac.
 
The Knights also won two event national titles in 2023 in the Synchronized Toss and Open Toss.
 
The Golden Knights return a talented, experienced lineup, including two-time All-American Ali Price (New Paris, Pa./Chestnut Ridge).
 
Gannon will open the season on Feb. 10 in a tri-meet at Kutztown against East Stroudsburg and Kutztown.
 
The Knights face a rugged schedule that includes matchups with No. 6 Frostburg State (Feb. 17), No. 10 Belmont Abbey (Feb. 29), No. 5 Azusa Pacific (home meet on March 5), No. 7 Fairmont State (home meet on March 11), No. 1 Baylor (March 16), and No. 3 Quinnipiac (April 6).
