Baseball Wraps Up Four-Game Set with Grand Valley State

XENIA, Ohio – The Gannon baseball team wrapped up its two-day, four-game set with Grand Valley State to open the 2024 season on Sunday. While the weather was much warmer than what was played in on Friday, unfortunately the results were no different. The Golden Knights dropped a 10-1 decision in the opener, then dropped the nightcap by a 15-2 score.

Gannon will look for winn number one in 2024 against another strong team in West Chester on Friday, March 1. That's the first of four games in Cary, N.C. The Golden Knights will play a doubleheader vs. D'Youville on Saturday, March 3, then face Frostburg State on Sunday, March 3.
