Placing in the top-five were Burgess (3rd), Bazemore (3rd), Lili Ujfalvi (Kecskemet-heteny, Hungary/Bolyai Janos Secondary School) (5th, 138), and Bella Phillips (Bellingham, Wash./Squalicum High School) (5th, 180).
- Bazemore, who is ranked seventh in the 124-pound weight class, went 4-1 and won against Rebekah May (Utica), Maya Barrios (Penn State Altoona), Shannon Govern (Lehigh), and Jada Fowler (Frostburg). She finished the day with two pins.
- Burgess, the senior transfer from Adrian College, also finished 4-1 and had a pair of pins on the day after defeating Camryn Steinbuch (Penn State Altoona), Ysabella Patti (ESU), #3 Love Daley (Sacred Heart), and Emily Sindoni (Elmira).
- Bella Phillips (Bellingham, Wash./Squalicum High School) notched a fifth-place finish at 180 after dropping her second match to #2 Sandra Guerrero (New Jersey City University). The freshman from Washington bounced back and won five consecutive matches to earn a top-five finish.
- Lili Ujfalvi (Kecskemet-heteny, Hungary/Bolyai Janos Secondary School) concluded the day with a 5-1 showing. The junior from Hungary fell in the quarterfinals but earned three wins to place fifth in the 138-weight class.
