ERIE, Pa. – The nationally-ranked Gannon women's wrestling team will return to action on Saturday morning at the Dragon Duals hosted by Tiffin University.

The Knights will compete in five individual dual meets throughout the day, starting at 9 a.m. against Schreiner University. Gannon will also compete against Hiram College at 9:45 and Adrian College at 10:30 to wrap up the morning. In the afternoon, Gannon competes against East Stroudsburg at 12:45 and host Tiffin University at 1:30 p.m.

On Thursday afternoon, Gannon remained in both sets of national rankings released by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA). The Knights checked in at No. 10 in the latest Dual Meet Poll, while ranked 12
th in the association's Tournament Poll. Gannon will enter this weekend's action with a 2-0 dual meet record, earning wins over Elmira College and East Stroudsburg earlier this season.

In addition to the national rankings released on Thursday afternoon, the NWCA also announced an updated set of individual rankings for each weight class.
Kat Pendergrass (South Hill, Va./South Granville(NC)) currently ranks No. 8 in the country at 101 lbs.,
Anya Knappenberger (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) ranks No. 8 at 130 lbs.,
Lana Perez (Honolulu, Hawaii/Moanalua) checked in at No. 8 at 136 lbs. and
Annabelle Helm (Vancouver, Wash./Union) is currently seventh in the 170 lbs. rankings.

Pendergrass currently has a 6-1 record on the season with four falls and one technical fall. Knappenberger enters this weekend with an 11-2 record on the year, including seven falls and two technical falls. Perez is 7-2 on the year with five falls and two technical falls. Helm leads the Golden Knights in wins this season with a 14-3 record, which includes seven falls and five technical falls. Gannon's lineup also features
Mikayla Vega (Escalon, Calif./Escalon), who enters this weekend at 11-1 on the season at 116 lbs. She has 10 fall victories on the season.
Amara Devericks (San Clemente, Calif./Corona) also enters the weekend with double-digit wins this season. She is currently 11-3 on the year with nine falls and one technical fall wrestling at 191 lbs.
