GAME NOTES
- Sunday's meeting was the seventh in the series history between the Knights and the Bulldogs, with Gannon winning all seven.
- Gannon swept all 19 heats and six events.
- Gannon put extra focus on the compulsory event in the preseason, and it showed in the season opener. The Knights' 9.95 in compulsory toss matched their highest from the 2019 season, and their 9.80 in pyramid matched their second highest last season. Their compulsory total of 37.40 would have been their third highest.

- Gannon makes a quick turnaround, staying home to host Alderson Broaddus Saturday afternoon.
- The 2 p.m. meetfrom the Hammermill Center, which is the Knights' annual Make-A-Wish meet, will feature live video.
