HOW IT HAPPENED

- The Fighting Scots fired back about four minutes later with a goal from Brittany Hurey at the 5:24 mark. She was assisted by Brittnie Spithaler. Hurey's goal would come off a missed header by Spithaler.
- Spithaler would assist again for Edinboro in the 40th minute. She passed the ball to Leah Czechowski who scored into the corner of the net for the Scots to give them a 2-1 lead just before halftime.
- Hays would even things out 2-2 in the final minute of the half. Hays shot from 15-yards out would hit off the post and into the net for Gannon. Both teams would remain scoreless for the final 65 minutes of play to both earn their first draw of the season.
