THE RUNDOWN

  • The Short Story: The Gannon women's soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Kutztown Saturday afternoon at McConnell Family Stadium, ending a three-game unbeaten streak.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Kutztown went up 1-0 in the 15th minute on Alyssa Ryan's goal from the top of the box. Kayla Argen assisted on Ryan's second goal of the season.
  • Gannon held a 6-5 advantage in shots in the first half.
  • Gannon out-shot Kutztown 9-6 in the second half, including five shots in the final 10 minutes, but could not find the back of net.
