ERIE, Pa. – The Baylor Bears captured their fourth consecutive NCATA National Championship with a 283.360-274.650 over the Quinnipiac Bobcats on Saturday night at the Hammermill Center.
Baylor jumped ahead in the compulsories, outscoring Quinnipiac, 38.775-37.775. That momentum carried through to halftime as Baylor led, 97.875-96.175. The Bear continued to pull ahead in the second half and took the meet, 283.360-274.650.
Baylor swept through the 2018 NCATA National Championship bracket after defeating Converse College in the quarterfinals, Oregon in the semifinals and Quinnipiac in the finals.
