  • Gannon concludes a two-week stretch against nationally-ranked opponents Saturday afternoon against 12th-ranked Indiana (Pa.) at McConnell Family Stadium. The Golden Knights traveled to eighth-ranked California (Pa.) last week.
  • The program has dropped eight consecutive games against nationally-ranked opponents.
  • Gannon's last victory against a top-25 program was a 33-27 home decision against then 14th-ranked Slippery Rock on November 5, 2011.

  • Redshirt sophomore Zach Phillips (Wheeling, W.Va./Wheeling Park) has not thrown an interception during the last two games, extending his streak without an interception to 40 passes.
  • Redshirt senior Quad Law (Donora, Pa./Ringgold) continues to rise up Gannon's all-time receiving charts. Law ranks fourth all-time in career receptions (150), needing four to pass Hamm and into third place.
  • Senior Mike Zanders II (Charlotte, N.C./Hopewell) sits second all-time at Gannon with 326 career tackles, needing 16 to break the program record of 341 set by K.J. Heider from 1989-92. Zanders has reached double digits in tackles twice this season.
  • Quad Law (Donora, Pa./Ringgold) has done just about everything in a Gannon uniform - carried the ball, caught the ball and returned kicks. He ranks ninth all-time at Gannon in career all-purpose yards (3,048) and needs 47 yards to move past Sam Culberth (2002-06) and into eighth place.
  • Carpenter received national coverage before playing a down as a Golden Knight. The redshirt senior defensive back was named to the D2Football.com All-America second team released in August. He transferred to Gannon prior to the 2015-16 academic year and redshirted last year. Carpenter was an all-conference first-team selection as a sophomore free safety at NCAA Division I Towson State before transferring after his junior campaign.
  • Gannon has recorded three consecutive winning seasons with a 6-5 mark last year, 6-5 record in 2013 and 9-2 mark in 2014. It represents the program's longest streak since producing a program-record four consecutive winning seasons from 1992-95. Gannon has recorded 13 winning campaigns in school history, including a stretch of five in six seasons from 1990-95.
