  • Gannon has dropped three consecutive games after winning its first three. The Golden Knights averaged 28.3 points during the three-game win streak, but that average has dipped to 21.7 during the last three contests.

In the process, he tied his career-high set the previous week against Mercyhurst.
  • Sophomore Anthony Howard (Temple Hills, Md./Bishop O'Connell) reached double digits in tackles for the third consecutive game with 11, finishing one stop shy of his career-high. His interception during the second quarter was the first of his career.
  • Sophomore A.J. Satcher (Buffalo, N.Y./Canisius) recorded an interception for the second consecutive week.
  • Junior Karch Holland (Pickerington, Ohio/Pickerington) moved past Kevin Cloherty (1999-02) and into ninth place all-time at Gannon with 170 career points. He can move into seventh place past Liam Nadler (Leipsic, Ohio/Leipsic Local) (2011-15) and Jansen Jones (2009-13) with seven points. Last week, Holland also extended his streak of consecutive extra point conversions to 30 dating back to last season.
  • Redshirt senior Quad Law (Donora, Pa./Ringgold) ranks sixth all-time at Gannon in receiving yards (1,543). He can move past Abraham Ocasio (2011-14) and into Gannon's all-time top five with 73 yards.
  • Senior Matthew Gawlik (Strongsville, Ohio/St. Ignatius) ranks 12th all-time at Gannon with 13.5 sacks. He can move into the program's all-time top 10 with one more.
  • Carpenter received national coverage before playing a down as a Golden Knight. The redshirt senior defensive back was named to the D2Football.com All-America second team released in August. He transferred to Gannon prior to the 2015-16 academic year and redshirted last year. Carpenter was an all-conference first-team selection as a sophomore free safety at NCAA Division I Towson State before transferring after his junior campaign.
  • Gannon has recorded three consecutive winning seasons with a 6-5 mark last year, 6-5 record in 2013 and 9-2 mark in 2014. It represents the program's longest streak since producing a program-record four consecutive winning seasons from 1992-95. Gannon has recorded 13 winning campaigns in school history, including a stretch of five in six seasons from 1990-95.
