SATURDAY STORYLINES
  • Gannon is off to a 2-0 start for the first time since 2010 when it defeated Lake Erie (26-20) and Shippensburg (22-19). (21-0), Capital (27-14) and Rochester (44-7).
  • Head coach Brad Rzyczycki's club has out-scored its first two opponents 71-7. It represents the largest scoring difference during the first two games in school history. Last week's 48-0 win at Cheyney was the largest margin of victory in school history.
  • Gannon leads the PSAC and ranks second among all NCAA Division II programs in scoring defense (3.5). North Alabama is No. 1, but has played only one game.
