The Gannon women's basketball team will attempt to win its first-ever regional title Monday night (March 16) when it battles No. 6 California (Pa.) in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Championship Game at California's Hamer Hall. The title game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Gannon is seeded third while California is the top seed. The Vulcans are also ranked No. 6 in NCAA Division II.

The contest can be heard live on 90.5 WERG and via the Internet at http://www.gannon.edu/athletics/werg/knightsound.html. No live gameday statistics will be available.
