Eshenour led the Gannon women's lacrosse team within 15 seconds of hosting the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Final Four during its first season in the league. The sophomore midfielder scored a season-high seven goals during a 19-16 overtime loss in the regular-season finale at Lock Haven, in a match where the Bald Eagles forced overtime with 15 seconds left in regulation. Eshenour had earlier put Gannon in front 16-15 with 2:30 left in the match. She has scored at least one goal in all 31 matches during her two-year collegiate career. Eshenour finished the 2009 season with 59 goals, 16 assists, and 75 points.
