The Gannon acrobatics and tumbling team dazzled in the Inversion Pyramid heat last Saturday, capturing gold at the 2018 National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) Individual Event Championships with a 9.875 score. The individual championship was the third in program history. The winning Gannon Inversion Pyramid group consisted of Lisa Wagaman, Chelsea Cowan, Brittney McNiff, Sarah Guarriello, Ashley Barrish, Danielle Samuel, Sydney Pouliopoulos, Elizabeth Martin, Hayley Nejman, Jocelyn Scott, Nikki Pizzi and Zeina Ellamei.
