Lewis was also named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Women's Soccer Player of the Week after scoring both goals during a 2-1 victory against Indiana (Pa.) last Tuesday in Gannon's only action of the week. The true freshman forward netted the first goal 3:40 into the contest, scoring from the left corner for a 1-0 lead. After IUP tied the match in the 67th minute, she produced the game-winning goal 96 seconds later. The game-winning score came on a perfect shot over IUP's leaping goalkeeper into the upper left corner from 20 yards out on the right side. The Erie, Pa., native entered the contest with one goal during her first four matches, before scoring twice against IUP. Lewis' performance helped the Lady Knights extend their regular-season home win streak to 15 matches dating back to last season.
