With the game tied at three, Wiesen drew a one-out walk during the bottom of the ninth inning and scored the winning run from first base on a double into the left center gap. He broke the program's single-season record with his 52nd run of the campaign, surpassing Clint Page's previous mark of 51 set in 1999. Wiesen scored at least three runs in a game for the eighth time in 2016. Wiesen combined to go 6-for-9 with four runs, three RBIs, one double, two walks and one stolen base during Saturday's final doubleheader. In the process, he broke Gannon's all-time record for career runs previously set by Eric Harpster (2006-09) with 127. Wiesen finished 3-for-3 with two walks during the final game of the weekend, becoming the second Golden Knight in program history to record 200 career hits. He tied Chris Miller (2005-08) for ninth place all-time at Gannon with his 82nd career RBI. Wiesen also moved into Gannon's all-time top 10 in games played (168) and top 15 in doubles (26).
