Quevedo captured her first career individual title as the Gannon women's golf team finished second out of five teams last weekend at the Gannon Spring Invitational hosted by the Lake Shore Country Club. The sophomore topped 28 other golfers with a two-day total of 151. After a 77 during the first round, she shot the field's second-best score (74) during the final round. Her previous best invitatonals were a pair of runner-up finishes from the Clarion Invitational (Sept. 20-21, 2015) and Mercyhurst Spring Invitational (April 18, 2015). Quevedo's 74 during the second round tied her career-low previously set at last Saturday's Mercyhurst Spring Invitational and the second round of the Michael Corbett Fall Classic on September 14-15, 2014. She recorded 27 pars, finishing with five more than the next highest total. Her +2 par-3 scoring also represented the field's best. Quevedo finished second in par-4 scoring (+4) and par-5 scoring (+1).
