Ward concluded a stellar football career with a team-high nine tackles against 14^th-ranked Bloomsburg last Saturday. The senior defensive lineman led Gannon this season in tackles (78), solo tackles (37), assisted tackles (41), tackles for a loss (17.5), and sacks (6). He finished 12^th all-time at Gannon with 13 career sacks. His six sacks this season equaled the 15^th-highest single-season total in school history. Ward was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II second team last week.
