Glusko begins her second season as an assistant coach at Gannon, as well as the program’s recruiting coordinator. Her responsibilities include overseeing academics, travel and team camps. She works primarily with the perimeter players during practice.

Glusko spent two years as the top assistant at Concord (W.Va.) University of the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC). In addition to serving as the recruiting coordinator at Concord, she was responsible for game preparation and strength and conditioning. On the court, she worked primarily with the perimeter players.

Concord produced the top two records in school history during her tenure, going 21-9 and 20-9. The Lady Lions were also ranked nationally for the first time in school history.

“I am extremely excited to mentor under Coach Wright,” said Glusko upon her hiring. “It’s an honor to be part of a University with a rich tradition and one that is nationally recognized for both its academics and winning tradition. My goal is to help Coach Wright, the players, and the University win a National Championship.”

Glusko was a standout during her playing days at State College (Pa.) High School and later at NCAA Division I West Virginia University. The former guard helped West Virginia to a 42-14 combined record during her sophomore and junior seasons, leading the Mountaineers to a 2004 NCAA Tournament appearance and a second-place finish in the 2005 NIT. She suffered season-ending injuries as a freshman and senior. As a student, Glusko was a three-time Big East Academic All-Star and a four-time WVU Athletic Director honor roll member.

At State College High School, Glusko led the Lady Little Lions to an 85-22 record, four straight appearances in the Pennsylvania State Quad-A Championships, and two District VI Quad-A championships. She completed her high school career as the school’s record holder for career points (1,630), points in a season (634), points in a game (43), consecutive games in double figures (60), and single-season scoring average (21.1).

Her accolades included 2002 District VI Quad-A Player of the Year, 2002 Associated Press Big School (Quad-A and Triple-A) first team, 2001 Associated Press Big School (Quad-A and Triple-A) fourth team, McDonald’s All-America nominee, 2001 Street and Smith’s All-American, 2001 USA Today Player to Watch and 1999 WBCA/Reebok Underclassman All-American.

Glusko graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications from West Virginia. Glusko also obtained a master’s degree in Education with a cognate in Behavioral Science from Concord.
