Keith Webber joined the Gannon Sports medicine staff in July 2023 as an assistant athletic trainer. He had served in a similar capacity at Penn State Behrend prior to coming to Gannon.
Webber was on the Behrend staff from August 2017 until coming to Gannon. He served as the lead athletic trainer for women’s water polo along with the women’s volleyball, basketball and softball teams. He was also previously responsible for the sports of women’s water polo and men’s volleyball.
This marks Webber’s second time on the Gannon sports medicine staff. He served as an intern with the department during the 2016-17 academic year, working as the lead athletic trainer for the women’s soccer and softball teams. He also has additional experience as a graduate student in the Penn State Behrend and Edinboro sports medicine departments.
Webber earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Edinboro University in May 2010, then went on to complete work on his Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership from Edinboro in May 2012. He completed work on his Master’s of Athletic Training from Gannon in May 2016.Â
