Expected to compete at 165 or 174 as a redshirt freshman in 2018-19.

2017-18: Redshirted ... went 2-3 while wrestling unattached at the Lake Erie Storm and Jamestown Jayhawk Open ... placed second at Jamestown in the 184-pound division after going 2-1 ... recorded one pin.  

High School: Wrestled for head coach and former Gannon standout A.J. Milanak at McDowell (Pa.) High School … finished fourth at the district championships … helped McDowell win four consecutive district championships.

Personal: Biology major … is the son Shakhnoza and Ismail … has one sister.
