2017-18: Named a PSAC Scholar Athlete for the second straight season ... received the NCAA Division II Athletics Directors Association (ADA) Academic Achievement Award ... compiled eight wins (8-5) and four dual wins (4-3) at 149 as a redshirt freshman ... recorded six pins, which ranked fourth on the team ... also recorded one technical fall (22-6) against Penn State Behrend's Jake Ognibene ... represented Gannon in the 149-pound division at the PSAC Championships. 

2016-17: Redshirted … named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete ... competed unattached at the Mount Union Invitational, finishing sixth with a 4-1 record … rolled off four consecutive victories, including an 11-6 decision against Armando Torres of NCAA Division I Eastern Michigan … placed sixth after having to default in his final two matches.

High School: Wrestled for head coach Justin Ferguson at Jamestown (Pa.) High School … produced a 120-19 career record … qualified for the state championships three times … was the state’s runner-up as a senior … finished seventh at the state championships as a sophomore … was a four-time regional qualifier, winning the regional title as a junior … finished runner-up at the regional championships as a sophomore and senior … won the district title as a sophomore, before being the runner-up as a junior … finished third at the district championships as a senior … was a district medalist as a freshman … captured three consecutive sectional championships as a sophomore, junior and senior … began his freshman postseason as the sectional runner-up … went undefeated during his junior season until the district finals … recorded the most team points as a sophomore … helped Jamestown produce a 17-1 record during his freshman campaign.

Personal: Accounting/Healthcare Management major … is the son of Ouafa and Mohamed Najeb … has two brothers and one sister.
