2022-23: Casilio had big season as a redshirt freshman for Gannon. Wrestling at 174 pounds, he finished with a 12-10 record, getting stronger as the season progressed. ... The highlight of his season was a second-place finish in the Super Region 1 Championships as he earned his first berth in the NCAA Division II National Championships. ... Casilio won his opener at the NCAA Championships, a 10-4 vicory in sudden victory over Limestone's Hunter Haven. ... From Jan. 21 through Feb. 25, he went on a six-match winning streak, including a pair of victories in the Super Region 1 Championships. ... His marquee win of the season came in Super Region 1 when he upset No. 11-ranked James Weber of Pitt-Johnstown in the semifinals. ... He had two pins and one major decision among his 12 victories.

2021-22: Wrestling unattached in his redshirt season, he posted a 9-12 record at 174 pounds with 1 fall and 1 major decision ... won his final 3 matches of the season while earning the 174-pound title at the John Carroll University Open ... in that tournament, won 3-2 decision over Ashland's Corbin May, a 5-3 decision over West Liberty's Chance Morgan, and a 3-1 sudden-victory decision over Central Michigan's Cody Brenner in the title match ... went 2-2 in the Edinboro Open with an 8-2 decision over Maryland's Adam Pfeiffer and an 8-3 decision over West Virginia's Andrew Sharer ... went 2-3 and placed 8th in the Purple Raider Open ... went 2-2 in the Storm Open ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Wrestled for head coach Mike Votano at Johnsonburg Area High School … had a 115-24 career record … two-time PIAA qualifier who medaled at the 2021 PIAA State Championships as a senior, finishing seventh at 160 lbs. at the Class 2A Championship … became the first Johnsonburg High School wrestler to reach the podium since 2002 … had a 20-3 record as a senior with 8 falls … won District 9 and Northwest Regional titles …  was a two-time district champion and finished first at regional in 2021 and second in 2020 … as a junior in 2019-20, was 38-6 with 15 falls and qualified for state championships for first time with second place showing at Northwest Regional … was 33-6 as a sophomore, placing second at district championships while competing at 152 lbs., and wrestled at 145 lbs. as a freshman, finishing with a 24-9 record with 11 falls.
