2020-21: Posted a 5-4 record, losing lone dual, while competing at 184 lbs… had 3 technical falls … qualified for NCAA Division II National Championships after winning Super Region 1 championship … went 1-2 vs. nationally-ranked wrestlers, defeating 12^th-ranked Trever Begin of Mercyhurst by a 6-3 decision … both of losses came at Nationals … fell by 19-3 technical fall (6:22) to second-ranked Connor Craig of Pitt-Johnstown, then was edged by tenth-ranked Austin Eldredge of Nebraska-Kearney by a 5-3 decision … won the regional title with three straight wins … opened with a pair of technical falls, 16-0 (3:59) over Chiedu Chiuka of Alderson Broaddus and 18-2 (6:59) over Cory Hupp-Iasure of Fairmont State … in the finals, beat Begin for a second time, this time by a 10-3 decision … other two losses came to Division I wrestlers.
 
2019-20: Was 9-7 with 2 major decisions, a technical fall while redshirting, competing at 184 lbs… placed second at three different open tournaments – the Timberwolves Open, Jamestown Open, and JCU Open.
 
AT JAMESTOWN CC: A two-time NJCAA All-American while competing at Jamestown Community College from 2017-19 … placed third at 184 lbs. in 2018-19 and seventh in 2017-18 … was a two-time Region 3 finalist, winning one regional crown … was selected the 2019 Male Athlete of the Year. 
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Wrestled at Falconer Central (N.Y.) High School for head coach Drew Wilcox … finished in third place as a senior at the New York State Championships … set school records for takedowns while ending the year with a 49-4 record.
 
PERSONAL:  Born October 15, 1999 … son of  Rachelle Fralick and Paul Bednarek … Criminal Justice major with a minor in Psychology.
