Biography

McDaniels returns as one of Gannon’s top scorers in 2015 … enters her senior campaign third all-time at Gannon in sprint-offs (69), 10th in goals (98), 11th in earned kickouts (70), 14th in steals (134) and 15th in assists (61)… is also a member of the Gannon swim team.

2014: Finished the season with 35 goals, 28 assists, 42 steals, 16 earned kickouts, 24 sprintoffs and four field saves ... named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete … selected to the Association of College Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) All-Academic Team ... ranked fourth on the team in goals (35), third in assists (28), fifth in steals (52) ... recorded the 18th-highest single-season assist total and 11th-highest single-season sprintoff total in school history … tallied six hat tricks ... finished season with nine multiple-goal matches ... scored a season-best four goals in a 15-3 win over Washington & Jefferson, adding an assist, two steals, two earned kickouts and two sprintoffs ... recorded hat tricks in consecutive matches against Washington & Jefferson and a 13-12 victory over NCAA Division I VMI, finishing the match with four steals, an assist and an earned kickout.

2012: Named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete … landed a spot on the CWPA Academic Excellent Squad, reserved for water polo student-athletes with a grade point average between 3.2 and 3.4 … led the team with 30 sprint-offs, equaling the seventh-highest single-season total in school history … finished fifth on the team with 27 earned kickouts, representing the 19th-best single-season total in school history … ranked sixth among Lady Knights in steals (39) … was one of eight Lady Knights to reach double digits in goals … scored her first goal of the season during a 7-4 victory against La Verne after joining the team late due to the extended swimming season … netted a season-best three goals during a 17-8 victory against Salem International … won a season-high four sprint-offs against Cal Lutheran … was the best in three sprint-offs during a single match on three other occasions … made a season-high seven steals during a 17-9 victory against Salem International … added six steals against NCAA Division I Siena … recorded at least three steals in a match five times … produced multiple steals in a match eight times … recorded multiple earned kickouts in a match six times, including a season-high three against three different NCAA Division I programs.
