2021-2022: Competed at the NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships for the second consecutive season, swimming in four events (50/100/200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke) and setting a new personal-best in the 200 freestyle (1:50.66, a new school record, good for 16th place in the nation and All-American honors)... at the 2022 PSAC Championships, set new personal bests in the 100 breast (1:03.53, new school record, fifth place, NCAA "B" cut) and 50 freestyle (23.56, new school record, fifth place, NCAA "B" cut) while also finishing third in both the 100 freestyle (with a season-best time of 51.35 in the prelims, an NCAA "B" cut) as well as the 200 free in a then-season-best "B" cut of 1:51.13)... at the Penn State Behrend dual meet, won the 100 breaststroke... won the 100 freestyle and finished third at the Cleveland State and Denison tri-meet... was second in the 50 free and third in the 500 free at the Edinboro dual... won the 200 free and placed second in the 500 free at the IUP dual... finished sixth at Cleveland State's Magnus Cup in the 100 free, along with tenth in the 200 free and 15th in the 100 breaststroke... won three events (the 200 free, 100 free, and 200 IM), at the RIT dual... won the 100 and 200 freestyle at the Youngstate State dual... opened the individual season with a win in both the 50 free and 100 free at the Saint Vincent dual... relay contributions included a win in the mixed 800 free relay at Buffalo State's Bengal Relays... wins in the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay at Saint Vincent... a win in the 200 free relay and second in the 200 medley relay at Youngstate State... second place in the 200 medley relay at the RIT dual meet... five relay swims at the Magnus Cup (12th in the 200 free, 18th in the 400 medley, 16th in the 200 medley, 18th in the 800 free, and 17th in the 400 free)... at the IUP dual meet, finished second in the 200 free relay and third in the 200 medley relay... won the 200 free relay at Edinboro... finished third in the 200 free relay and fourth in the 200 medley relay at the Denison and Cleveland State tri-meet... won the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay at the Penn State Behrend dual meet... and finished third in the 800 free relay (in an All-PSAC time of 7:41.39) as well as fourth in the 400 free relay and fifth in the 400 medley relay at the 2022 PSAC Championships.
2017-18: Named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete ... participated in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle, 500-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke ... met the PSAC-qualifying time in every event she swam (11 times in the 50-yard freestyle, eight times in the 100-yard freestyle, four times in the 200-yard freestyle, three times in the 100-yard breaststroke and once in the 500-yard freestyle) ... won gold 12 times individually in five events ... placed eighth at the PSAC Championships in the 200-yard freestyle (1:57.02) ... also claimed 13th place in the 50-yard freestyle (24.40) and 14th place in the 100-yard freestyle (53.45) at the PSAC Championships ... competed with the 200-yard freestyle, 400-yard freestyle, 800-yard freestyle, 200-yard medley, 400-yard medley and 500-yard freestyle relay teams throughout the season ... part of Gannon's season-best 200-yard freestyle relay team (1:37.05) that placed fourth at the PSAC Championships ... swam on five first-place 200-yard freestyle relay teams ... part of Gannon's best 400-yard freestyle relay team that clocked a time of 3:33.74 to place sixth at the PSAC Championships ... led Gannon to two first-place finishes in the 400-yard freestyle relay ... a member of Gannon's season-best 800-yard freestyle relay team that took fourth at the PSAC Championships (7:46.17) ... helped the Lady Knights win the 800-yard freestyle relay at the Westminster Relays (8:13.48) ... helped lead Gannon's 200-yard medley relay to an eighth-place finish at the PSAC Championships with a season-best time of 1:48.08 ... led Gannon to gold in the 200-yard medley relay against Shippensburg (1:52.32) and John Carroll (1:52.89) ... swam on Gannon's first-place 400-yard medley relay teams against Tiffin (4:04.19) and Canisius (4:06.02) ... guided the Lady Knights to gold in the 500-yard freestyle relay at the Westminster Relays with a time of 4:54.69.
High School: Swam for head coach Charlie Lowens at Lake Catholic (Ohio) High School … was a three-time
News Herald first-team selection as a sophomore, junior and senior … named Lake Catholic’s Swimmer of the Year four times … qualified for the state championships all four years … broke the school record in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard IM … was part of relay teams that broke school records in the 200-yard medley, 200-yard freestyle and 400-yard freestyle … placed three times at the state championships … finished fourth at the state championships in the 50-yard freestyle as a senior, fourth in the 400-yard freestyle relay as a senior and sixth in the 50-yard freestyle as a junior … graduated with an honors diploma … received the Bronze Service Award … was a member of the National Honor Society … received the State of the Ohio Archie Griffith Scholar-Athlete Award.
Personal: Pursuing master's degree in
Sport and Exercise Science … is the daughter of Sharon and Peter … has three sisters and one brother, including twin sister Lilija who was also a member of the Gannon swimming and diving and water polo programs for four years.
