Gannon University Athletics

High School: Attended Wayne High School, where she was a four-year letterwinner and starter in soccer under head coach William Jordan and a four-year letterwinner in track & field under head coach Tim Burlee. She also earned varsity letters in basketball and flag football under head coach Kelly Paladino. As a senior, she was named the Section V Finger Lakes East Player of the Year in soccer while earning NYS Class A Third Team, All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention, and Section V Class A All-Tournament Team honors. She was also a three-time soccer scholarship recipient.

In flag football, she helped Wayne post an 11-2 record while totaling 938 rushing yards, 375 receiving yards, 20 touchdowns, 30 pulls, and five interceptions. She earned First Team All-Greater Rochester, First Team All-League, and NYS Class C Third Team honors. She also earned multiple All-League honors in track & field and was named her basketball team's Defensive Player of the Year. In the classroom, she graduated fourth in a class of 169 with an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors and Mastery in Mathematics and Science. She was a National Honor Society member, earned Dean's List recognition at Finger Lakes Community College, received the RIT Women in STEM Award, and earned a Certificate of Biliteracy in Spanish, along with numerous academic excellence and leadership awards.

Personal: Daughter of Jason and Jennifer Howard ... has one brother, Austin ... mother, Jennifer, played soccer at St. John Fisher.
