Tied for third in the Gannon Spring Invitational with an 8-over-par 152 (79-73). Her 73 in that event was a season best. ... Turned in a 79 in her lone round in the PSAC Championships. ... Shot a 78 in the final round of the NCAA Division II East Regional. 

2022-23: McClain was named PSAC Freshman of the Year after earning a spot in Gannon's lineup throughout the season. She is Gannon's fourth consecutive PSAC Freshman of the Year, following Maria Arenas (2019-20), Sarah White (2020-21) and Ditte Petersen (2021-22)  ... She placed fifth on the team with an 81.69 stroke average over 26 rounds in 13 tournaments. Recorded 10 rounds in the 70s. ... Had six top-10 finishes, including a second-place showing in the Michael Corbett Fall Classic with a season-best 2-over-par 74. ... Finished fourth in the Evan Parker Memorial with a 157 (79-78) and tied for fourth in the Gannon Spring Invitational with a 156 (76-80). ... Tied for 14th in the PSAC Championships with a 170 (84-86). ... Was named to the All-PSAC Second Team.
