Biography
2018: Second Team All-PSAC accolades... First Team All-Region Honors... named USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual... appeared in eight races this season for the Lady Knights... opened the year with a sixth place finish at the Bethany Invitational 6k with a time of 24:17... added another sixth place finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational 5k with a time of 18:54.8 to post her career-best 5k time... added a ninth place finish at the Lehigh Invitational 6k... had her best finish of the year with a 5th place finish at the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational and a time of 20:46.7, which is also a new career-best time for a 5k race... closed the year with three straight 6k races... placed 18th (24:47) at the PSAC Championships and 14th (25:07) at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Championships.
2017: Did not compete due to an injury ... Named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete ... received the NCAA Division II Athletics Directors Association (ADA) Academic Achievement Award.
2016: Named a PSAC Student-Athlete ... received the NCAA Division II ADA Academic Achievement Award ... earned U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA Division II All-Academic honors.
2015:  59th (23:05.4) ... Honors: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete ... earned USTFCCCA NCAA Division II All-Academic honors ... selected Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Rookie of the Week after placing 18th at the Mansfield Invitational with a 5k time of 20 minutes and five seconds ... added a second ECAC Rookie of the Week honor after placing 11th out of 90 runners at the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational, finishing the 5k course in 20 minutes and 18.7 seconds.
High School: Ran for head coach Maureen Myers at Our Lady of Lourdes (N.Y.) High School ... was a four-time all-league selection (2012-15) ... named to the All-Northern Counties teams five times (2011-15) ... received the Sportsmanship Award as a senior ... served as a three-year team captain (2013-15) ... named Player of the Year as a senior ... received the Coach's Award as a junior ... earned second honors as a freshman (2012), before obtaining first honors three consecutive years (2013-15).
Personal: Biomedical Engineering major ... has two brothers and one sister ... is the daughter of Mary Lou and Ryan.
