Biography

Lowe is expected to start for the Lady Knights … is Gannon’s top returning scorer after averaging 11.2 points … brings composure to the court … is the most experienced guard on the roster … can score from both long range and in the paint … creates matchup problems for opponents on the wing with her size.

2010-11 Season: Was one of five Lady Knights to play in every game (26), starting 18 … was a PSAC Scholar Athlete … received the Division II Athletics Directors Association (DII ADA) Academic Achievement Award … finished fourth among PSAC players in three-point field goals made per game (2.3) and 27th in scoring average (11.2) … shot 40.8 percent (98-of-240) from the field … shot 35.3 percent (60-of-170) from three-point range … opened the season scoring double-digit points in three out of the first four games … scored a season-high 25 points against Molloy while hitting five three-pointers … netted 24 points against Cheyney after recording a season-best nine field goals … was 13-of-26 from behind the arc during a three-game stretch from January 22-29 … grabbed a season-high six rebounds against Indiana (Pa.) … was perfect from the free throw line (12-of-12) during a four-game stretch from February 5-16 … dished out four assists against both Urbana and against California (Pa.) … reached double digits in scoring 13 times … netted three or more long-range shots during 12 games.

2009-10 Season: Played in 35 games as a sophomore … was a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … exploded during an early-season game at Alaska Fairbanks, scoring a career-high 32 points in just 16 minutes of action … hit 11-of-15 shots in the game, including an 8-of-12 chart from behind the arc … pulled down six rebounds against Alderson-Broaddus … dished out a pair of assists against West Florida … was a perfect 4-of-4 from the free throw line against Edinboro … scored 15 points on 4-of-6 shooting against the Fighting Scots, adding a block and a steal … sunk three long-range shots against Central State while scoring 11 points … hit nine three-point shots over the course of six games from February 13-March 2 … averaged 4.6 points, hitting 38.0 percent (52-137) of her shots … made 36.7 percent of her long-range shots (40-109).

2008-09 Season: Played in 23 games as a true freshman ... was a PSAC Scholar-Athlete ... named PSAC Freshman of the Week after scoring a season-high 20 points on 9-of-14 shooting against Salem International ... added 10 points and four rebounds against Kutztown ... scored first career points at Concord in the season opener ... reached double digits in minutes played nine times ... hit seven consecutive three-pointers from December 29-January 10.

High School: Played for Casey Thurston at Gettysburg (Pa.) High School ... scored 1,587 career points ... is the school’s second-leading all-time scorer (female and male) ... set a school and area record with 235 career three-pointers ... averaged 17.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists and two steals as a senior ... shot 83.5 percent (96-115) from the free throw line during her final year ... named to the Associated Press All-State third team ... selected “Player of the Year” twice by the Gettysburg Times and once by the Evening Sun ... named to the Patriot News’ “Big 15” first team as a senior and honorable-mention squad as a junior ... was a three-time all-conference first-team selection ... averaged 14.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.9 steals as a junior ... netted 18 points per game in the post-season as a junior ... was a two-time Evening Sun all-area first-team honoree ... graduated in the top 10 percent of her class ... was a member of the National Honor Society.
