Walters is one of Gannon’s returning starters on defense … has started 50 matches during her first three collegiate seasons … enters the 2013 campaign 10th all-time at Gannon since 2004 in ground balls (116), 12th in caused turnovers (38) and 20th in draw controls (34).

2012: Played in every match, starting 17 … named to the All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) second team … finished second on the team in caused turnovers (11) and fifth in ground balls (38) … scored her first career goal during a 22-8 victory against Lake Erie … added a second score during a 21-2 win against Tiffin … picked up a season-high six ground balls during victories against East Stroudsburg and Tiffin … finish the match against NCAA Division I Niagara with four ground balls and two caused turnovers … had at least three ground balls in a match seven times … produced season-highs in draw controls (3) and caused turnovers (3) during a 19-13 victory against Indiana (Pa.) … caused multiple turnovers on four different occasions … was one of the leaders for a defense that ranked fourth among PSAC teams in scoring defense (11.17), draw controls per match (15.0) and ground balls per match (24.78).

2011: Was one of six Lady Knights to start every match … named to the All-PSAC second team … was third on the team in ground balls (49) and fifth in caused turnovers (14) … won 13 draw controls … ranked 56th among all NCAA Division II players in ground balls per match (2.72) … picked up a ground ball during 17 of 18 matches … secured a season-high five ground balls during a 20-9 victory against rival Edinboro … tied her ground ball high with five more during the PSAC quarterfinals against East Stroudsburg … recorded four ground balls during a match four times … won a season-high three draw controls during a 10-8 victory at Bloomsburg … was successful on two draw controls during three consecutive matches against Lake Erie, Millersville and Shippensburg … caused a season-high three turnovers during back-to-back victories against Millersville (16-7) and Shippensburg (21-8) … helped the Gannon defense rank first among PSAC teams in ground balls per match (27.72), fifth in caused turnovers per match (9.17) and sixth in goals against average (10.29) … was part of a defensive unit that ranked fourth among all NCAA Division II programs in ground balls per match, 10th in scoring defense (10.44) and 22nd in caused turnovers per match.

2010: Saw action in 18 matches as a true freshman, starting 15 … finished fourth on the team in ground balls (29) and caused turnovers (13) … picked up a season-high four ground balls during victories against Erskine and Edinboro … had multiple ground ball pick-ups eight times … caused a season-high three turnovers at Indiana (Pa.) … added two caused turnovers during victories against Belmont Abbey and another match against Indiana (Pa.) … was part of a Gannon defense that ranked fifth among PSAC teams in goals against average (9.88) … helped the Lady Knights record a 23-0 shutout at Erskine, representing the only shutout in the PSAC.

High School: Played for head coach Autumn Bullion at Shaler Area (Pa.) High School … received most valuable player awards … was a four-year member of the honor roll … received perfect attendance awards … selected to attend Chatham University’s Women’s Sports Day.
