Biography

Archambeault returns as one of Gannon’s starting outfielders for the fourth consecutive season in 2016 … enters her senior campaign 10th all-time at Gannon since 2000 in doubles (25), 14th in home runs (9) and 17th in total bases (175).

2015: Was one of three Lady Knights to start all 45 games … made every start in left field … named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete … landed a spot on the All-PSAC Western Division second team … led Gannon in doubles (12) … finished third on the team in hits (47), fourth in total bases (65), fourth in slugging percentage (.481) and fifth in RBIs (21) … recorded 10 multiple-hit games and five multiple-RBI efforts … hit .354 (46-130) against right-handers, .349 (29-83) with runners on base, .346 (18-52) with the bases empty and .397 (23-58) with runners in scoring position … reached base 45.2 percent (14-31) of the time when leading off an inning … drove in a run 66.7 percent (6-9) of the time when hitting with a runner on third base and less than two outs … recorded eight two-out RBIs … produced a 10-game hit streak April 21-27, representing the second-longest streak on the team … hit .364 (12-33) with six runs and six RBIs during the hit streak … owned a .300 average or better during the final 32 games … ended the season with a 24-game errorless streak, comprised of 22 fielding opportunities … went 5-for-7 with four RBIs, three runs and three doubles during a doubleheader against Clarion … produced a 3-for-4 showing with three runs, one RBI and one double during a third contest against the Golden Eagles … was perfect in three at-bats against St. Augustine’s during the NCAA Tournament, scoring once … recorded a hit during each of the final five games, including all three NCAA Tournament contests.

2014: Started 40 games as a sophomore ... named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … recorded six multiple-hit games and three multiple-RBI games … played all 40 games in left field ... batted .239 with 27 hits, four doubles, three home runs and 15 RBIs ... drove in three runs against Winston-Salem State, going 2-for-3 with a home run ... went 2-for-3 against Seton Hill during the second game of a doubleheader, hitting a two-run homer and a solo shot.

2013: Started all 37 games as a true freshman … named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete … earned All-PSAC Western Division first-team honors … landed a spot on the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Atlantic Region second team … captured back-to-back PSAC Western Division Player of the Week awards on March 12 and 19 … produced the ninth-best single-season batting average (.415) in school history … ranked second among PSAC players and 69th nationally in batting average … was the third-toughest PSAC player and 47th-toughest NCAA Division II player to strike out, going down on strikes once every 23.6 plate appearances … led Gannon in average, doubles (9), two-out RBIs (18) and multiple-hit games (16) … recorded seven multiple-RBI games … produced a 10-game hitting streak March 4-15, representing the second-longest Gannon streak of the season … hit .367 (22-60) with runners on base, .429 (3-7) with the bases loaded, .390 (16-41) with runners in scoring position and .388 (19-49) with two outs … reached base 50 percent of the time (11-22) when leading off an inning … drove home a run 67 percent (6-9) of the time with a runner on third base and less than two outs … held a batting average of .333 or higher throughout the entire year, including a mark of .415 or better through the final 34 games … committed only one error in 41 fielding opportunities, ending the season with 32 consecutive errorless games … went 2-for-3 with one run, one RBI and one double during a 6-4 eight-inning victory against Georgian Court in her collegiate debut … drilled her first career home run during a 9-3 win against St. Anselm … recorded a season-high three hits against Lynn (Fla.) and Edinboro … had a season-high four RBIs during a 6-3 victory against West Liberty … drove home three runs or more in a game four times, including back-to-back wins against Mercyhurst and Ursuline.

High School: Played for head coach Audrey Rijo at Horseheads (N.Y.) High School … received scholar-athlete grades from eighth through 12th grade … earned all-conference honors as a junior … was a two-time STAC West All-Division selection … helped Horseheads win four STAC West championships ... was part of a Section IV finalist team five times, including section titles as an eighth grader and freshman … helped Horseheads win the 2008 Class AA regional championship and advance to the 2009 regional quarterfinals … named to the high honor roll every year … received the Advanced Regents diploma.
