2014-15: Named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete … competed in 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard breaststroke events … recorded six PSAC-qualifying times … met conference standards in the 100-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke and 200-yard breaststroke … finished second in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.10) at the Tiffin Meet … produced a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:24.76) at NCAA Division I Cleveland State … swam a season-low 23.47 in the 50-yard freestyle at the Wooster Invitational … recorded his best times in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.18) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:17.18) at the PSAC Championships … competed with relay teams in the 200-yard freestyle, 400-yard freestyle, 200-yard medley, 400-yard medley and 3X100 breaststroke … was part of teams that finished sixth in the 200-yard medley (1:47.12) at Bloomsburg and 400-yard medley (3:57.82) at NCAA Division I Canisius.

2013-14: Selected as a PSAC Scholar-Athlete ... participated in the 50-yard breaststroke, 100-yard breaststroke, 200-yard breaststroke, 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle as a sophomore … finished fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke at the Edinboro Tri-Meet (1:05.91) and Crimson Hawk Dual Challenge (1:03.28) ... secured fifth place (1:07.49) in the 100-yard breaststroke against Lake Erie ... placed second (2:24.34) in the 200-yard breaststroke and ninth (24.47) in the 50-yard freestyle against NCAA Division I Cleveland State.

2012-13: Participated in the 50-yard breaststroke, the 100-yard breaststroke, the 200-yard breaststroke, the 50-yard freestyle and the 100-yard freestyle as a true freshman … finished fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:06.50) against Fredonia State … had three top-five finishes, placing fifth in the 50-yard breaststroke (30.54) against Penn State Behrend and 200-yard breaststroke (2:32.59) against Lake Erie … was part of teams that competed in eight different relay events … swam the opening leg for the 400-yard freestyle relay team that finished fourth at the Cleveland State Tri-Meet with a time of three minutes and 39.11 seconds … added another fourth-place finish in the 150-yard breaststroke relay at the Largo Relay Invitational, swimming the second leg as the team finished the race in one minute and 34.66 seconds … was part of three top-three relay finishes … helped his 400-yard medley relay team place fifth against NCAA Division I Canisius with a 3:58.55 timing.

High School: Swam for head coach Jim Callahan at Thomas Worthington (Ohio) High School … was a four-year letterwinner … qualified for the district championships all four years … received the Most Improved Swimmer, Most Promising Freshman, Outstanding Attendance and Improvement, Work Ethic and Attendance awards during his high school career … served as a team captain during his senior season … was a three-sport athlete, lettering four times on the varsity level in track and field and three times in football … qualified for the district championships twice in track and field … started for the freshman football team, before becoming a varsity starter for the next three years … received the Archie Griffin Sportsmanship Award … was a two-time recipient of the Hard Nosed Cardinal Award for leadership and commitment, an award that was later renamed the Michael Allison Award for outstanding commitment to Thomas Worthington football on and off the field … performed 602 project service hours as an Eagle Scout … graduated as Thomas Worthington’s Valedictorian with a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average … received a Diploma of Distinction, graduating cum laude … was a member of the National Honor Society … named an All-Conference Scholar-Athlete in 2011-12 … was a 12-time Scholar-Athlete award recipient.

Personal: Engineering major … has one sister and one brother … is the son of Liz and Kemper … has a twin sister Katie who plays water polo at the University of Michigan.
