High School: Attended Mount Mansfield Union High School, where he was a four-year starter and one-year team captain in golf under head coach Jeff Brown. Captured the individual state championship as a senior and recorded six individual regular-season match victories. Posted a 73.3 scoring average in 18-hole events during his senior season. In the classroom, he was an Honor Roll student, a member of the National Honor Society, and the recipient of the Joe Perry Scholarship Award.
