AT HOWARD: Played one season for the Bison … was a key cog for a Howard team that won the MEAC championship to qualify for March Madness. The Bison played in an NCAA First Four game, suffering a 71-68 loss to Wagner to end the year at 18-17 … Howard upset top-seed Norfolk State in the semifinals by an 80-74 score, then earned the trip to the NCAA Tournament with a 70-67 win over Delaware State in the finals … played in 21 games with 16 starts, averaging almost 26 minutes per game … averaged 7.3 ppg. and 3.1 rpg. and 3.0 assists per game, adding 16 steals and a pair of blocks while shooting 41.9 percent from the floor (44-of-105) and 87.7 percent from the line (50-of-57) … made 16-of-49 3-pointers (32.7 pct.) … scored in double figures in six games, with a high of 20 points vs. UC Santa Barbara along with 15 points and five assists vs. Norfolk State in the MEAC semifinals … had a season-high seven rebounds on two occasions, against Georgia Tech and Coppin State, and handed out a season-best eight assists vs. Morgan State … contributed nine points and four assists in the NCAA First Four game vs. Wagner.

AT LIBERTY: Played three seasons at Liberty helping the Flames win 72 games while playing in one NCAA Tournament and one NIT Tournament … appeared in 87 games, scoring 178 points and pulling down 141 rebounds … in his final season in 2022-23 played in 35 games and averaged 18 minutes per game while scoring 2.9 ppg. and 2.3 rpg. … Liberty finished with a 27-9 record, losing in the finals of the A-SUN Tournament, then went on to play in the NIT, defeating Villanova before losing to Wisconsin in the second round … as a freshman in 2020-21 Liberty finished at 23-6, winning the A-SUN Tournament championship to earn the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament … lost to Oklahoma State in the opening round.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Central Valley High School in Monaca, Pa. … averaged over 18 points per game as a senior after previously playing at Sewickley Academy, where he averaged 25.8 ppg. as a junior … won a PIAA Class 2A title in 2017 as a freshman reserve and back-to-back WPIAL Class 2A titles in 2017 and 2018 with the Panthers.

PERSONAL: Working on his Master’s Degree in Business Administration after receiving his Bachelor’ Degree from Howard … son of Victoria and Mike Warfield … father was highly-successful head football coach at Aliquippa High School …  has two sisters (Jocelyn Warfield and Deja Taylor) … has several relatives who have enjoyed successful athletic careers, including Donovan Jeter, who played football at Michigan and with four different NFL teams … in addition, Sheldon Jeter played basketball at Pitt Basketball followed by a career in the G-League, and Lance Jeter who played at basketball at Nebraska then continued his career overseas.
