Former Golden Knight Sean Reim is in his first season as member of the Gannon coaching staff, although he has had experience as a student assistant. Reim will coach the tight ends.
An Erie native who played as a prepster at McDowell High School, Reim saw action in one game in 2019. While playing in a loss to Slippery Rock, he was a reserve quarterback who came in and carried the ball four times. An injury forced Reim to transition to a student coaching role since that time.
Reim received his bachelor’s degree from Gannon in Sports Management and Marketing in May 2022. This past year he worked with the quarterbacks and assisted with the development of Kory Curtis while also being a signal caller for the offense. He helped communicate formations, motions and protections.
