2019
  • Senior Joey Cox led the Golden Knights in catches (36), yards (536) and receiving touchdowns (5). His 14.9 yards per catch was 11th in the PSAC
  • Cox would wind up his Gannon career 10th in the program record book in both receptions (91) and yards (1,098)
  • Five different wide receivers finished the year with at least 13 catches. Adding in a running back, six pass catchers had at least 13, the most for a Gannon team since 2014
 
2018
  • Dontae Owens hauled in 478 receiving yards on just 20 catches, giving him an average of 23.9 yards per reception, which led the PSAC and was fourth in Division II
  • Joey Cox led the team with 47 receptions, nearly cracking Gannon’s single-season top 10 in catches
  • Owens also made up half the duo with quarterback Jason Dambach who broke Gannon’s record for longest pass play, connecting for a 94-yard touchdown against California (Pa.)
  • Owens would go on to receive All-PSAC West honors at the end of the season
 
2016
  • Quad Law led Gannon with 52 catches for 598 yards and four touchdowns. His 52 receptions put him sixth in a single season in program history
  • The senior finished up his Golden Knight career third in the program record book with 160 receptions, and fourth with 1,876 yards
 
2015
  • Jesstin Hamm would finish the season with 63 catches for 835 yards and a Gannon-record 14 touchdowns. His 63 receptions put him third on Gannon’s single-season list, and his 835 yards put him fourth
  • Hamm’s 14 touchdowns were third in the PSAC and eighth across all of Division II
  • Eli Quinter, Brandon Mansell and Brendan Klemensic also all topped 400 receiving yards in the Golden Knight offense

  • Spent the 2017 season as the tight ends coach at Division I Robert Morris to split up his five total years at Gannon
  • Began his coaching career at his alma mater Edinboro as a student assistant leading the wide receivers, coaching All-PSAC West selection Darren Massey

  • A four-year member of the football team at Edinboro, lining up as a wide receiver from 2010-13
  • Appeared in 16 games over his final two seasons, compiling 41 catches for 429 yards and four touchdowns
  • Was named Edinboro’s offensive rookie of the year in 2012, earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors, and served on the Fighting Scots’ Student-Athlete Advisory Committee
