The Greenacres, Fla., native came to Gannon after serving as the cornerbacks coach at NCAA Division III MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois in 2016. Marlow was also the community relations manager and facilities manager for the Highlanders.

Marlow was a four-year letterwinner (2008-11) at Saint Vincent (Pa.) College during his playing days. Marlow began his collegiate career as a tailback for two seasons. He led the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) in rushing yards per carry (7.8) as a freshman. Marlow produced 703 all-purpose yards and accounted for six touchdowns. He also set a program record with a 93-yard touchdown run against Waynesburg. As a result, he was named offensive MVP by his teammates and earned all-conference accolades.

After suffering a season-ending injury as a sophomore, Marlow concluded his collegiate career at defensive back as a junior and wide receiver as a senior. His career resume included 127 carries, 627 rushing yards, seven rushing touchdowns, 41 receptions, 545 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns. He finished second all-time at Saint Vincent in rushing touchdowns, all-purpose yards (1,511) and total touchdowns (10).

Marlow remained at Saint Vincent and served as an offensive intern on the coaching staff for one year following his playing days. He graduated from Saint Vincent in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
